We appreciate your helpful spirit and welcome you to join us in the areas where you feel best suited. A few helpful definitions to guide you in your selections.

Roles
Coordinator- Over 18, helps gather and organize the team. Arrives early to ensure each room is properly set up and the teams have necessary materials. Ensures the attendance laptops are placed at each door.
Worship Leader- Introduces the message, leads the group through the readings and guides the children through a reflection discussion with the support of the team.
Worship co-Leader- Supports the leader, participates in the reflection as a example for the children.
Helping Hands- Helps keep the children focused, participants in the reflection and prompts children to participate. 
Set-up/ Clean-up- For Saturday, arrive by 4:30 to get the tables moved and rooms set up in their "Childrens Chapel" format. Sunday, stay after Mass to reset the rooms for their weekday use.
Check-in Attendant- Help families check their children in (attendance) 
Activity Day Team- Occassionally we provide a charity/act of service activity. If you would like to help make these activities possible, please let us know.  


Days and Times
In order to function as a team, we ask that volunteers arrive a few minutes early on their scheduled day so we can touchbase and say a prayer before Mass begins.
Saturday, 5pm (arrival by 4:45pm, setup team - 4:30)
Sunday, 9am (arrival by 8:45am, cleanup team 5-10minutes after Mass)
